U.S. Supreme Court will decide if Affordable Healthcare Act constitutional

    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- By June of next year, the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on the constitutionality of the Affordable Healthcare Act. This is a look at how the future will play out, according to their decision.

    We are where all of America is, at the intersection of constitutional and unconstitutional. The issue: the individual mandate, contained in the Affordable Healthcare Act.

    The U.S. Supreme Court can go one of two ways. The purpose of this THV Extra is to take a walk into the future, to show you where we all might be headed when the Supreme Court makes its ruling with this important issue.

    Right now it's a waiting game on what the U.S. Supreme Court will decide, but you can bet either road won't be the path of least resistance.
