UNDATED (CNN) -- Good news for women who drink coffee! A study by Harvard University finds that women who drink four or more cups of coffee a day lowered their risk for endometrial cancer by 25 percent.

Women who drank two to three cups of java a day had a seven percent reduction in risk.

Previous studies have shown that coffee lowers insulin and estrogen levels and chronically high levels of both those hormones have been linked to endometrial cancer.

But hold the cream and sugar! You negate the postive effects of the coffee with those additions, which raise insulin levels.
