LUNAfest
Thursday, Feb. 9, 7 p.m.
Riverdale Cinema
Come enjoy a traveling festival of short films made by, for and about women, will be at 7 p.m. Thursday (Feb. 9) at Riverdale 10 Theater in Little Rock. The evening will include a welcome reception and silent auction. Tickets for the two-hour festival, hosted by Stroller Strides of Little Rock, are $25 per person, $40 per couple. Proceeds will benefit Women's Foundation of Arkansas and Breast Cancer Fund. Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms and their babies that includes power walking and body toning using exercise tubing and a stroller. Family Day at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center
Saturday, 1:30 p.m.
Kids learn prominent stories from African-American history during this wild and wacky show that features both the story of the Tuskegee Airmen and magic tricks from Tommy Terrific. FREE!

Valentine's Celebration at Old State House
Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Enjoy a special craft activity just in time for Valentine's Day from 10-11 a.m. Feb. 11 at the Old State House Museum. Experience the famous 1837 knife duel like you never have before --with jokes -- at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Learn to play the popular Victorian game Skittles from 1-1:30 p.m. (Whistle Stop Station) Make a Victorian Valentine from 3-3:30 p.m. Admission is free.
