'Today's THV at Noon': Clinton Center celebrates Black History Month

  • LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- All month long, the Clinton Center is celebrating Black History month. Today, you have a chance to hear a native-Arkansans skilled in the arts.

    Amina Claudine Myers is a world-renowned pianist, organist, vocalist, composer, master improvisationalist, actress and educator. She'll join us, along with Arkansas Black Hall of Fame director Charles Stewart, to tell us more about tonight's event.

    It's called "Shades of Blue," an evening of contemporary jazz. Its part of a series designed to engage and expose communities to the talents and accomplishments of Arkansas' Black Hall of Fames inductees.
