CABOT, Ark. (KTHV) - According to police, a Cabot teacher was arrested after inappropriate contact with a student.
Police say they've arrested Stacy Stracener for 11 counts of first degree sexual assault, and two counts of second degree sexual assault.
Police say the arrest happened after a report was taken last week that Stracener had inappropriate contact with a male student.
According to the school's website, Stracener is a science teacher at Cabot Junior High North.
Stracener had a court appearance Tuesday. Today's THV has learned that a judge set a $25,000 bond, plea and arraignment. Stracener will return to court on March 12.
