LITTLE ROCK, ARK. (KTHV) -- Looking for a job? There are several industries in Arkansas that are hiring right now. They are companies which require little to no training and will even hire you and provide training.
Among those hiring, Best Buy on Chenal Parkway in Little Rock. The store manager says they are looking for sales associates.
"If they've got the drive and want to, we can get out there and we can teach them how to sell," said Customer Service Manager David Maples with Best Buy. Maples said the company looks for energetic, enthusiastic traits in potential employees.
Lexicon Steel said among other openings they are looking for welders. The human resources representative said you only need a general knowledge of the craft. She says the pay starts between $13 and $15 an hour. She says you'll get the certifications and training once you are hired.
Madison Healthcare and Rehab is hiring certified nurse assistants. It requires a license but a spokesperson says they will pay for the certification class which only takes two to three weeks.
