LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - In the C-block, we're talking about a legal dispute over a winning million dollar lottery ticket.
A store clerk in Beebe put her losing tickets in a bin at work. But a woman reportedly took one of the tickets, and it turned out to actually be a winner, a big winner.
The woman says it should be hers because it was thrown away. But the store clerk says she bought it, it's hers.
