LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Just after 4 a.m. Saturday law enforcement officials were called to the scene of a hit-and-run off Interstate 630 near the Chester Street exit.
Little Rock Police and Arkansas State Police along with the Little Rock Fire Department responded to the accident.
The victim, Chancy Penick of Fort Smith, was pronounced dead at the scene, he was struck by a car going eastbound on I-630.
