LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 11, 2012) - Hot Dog Mike is always coming up with clever way to raise money and this time he's created the world's most expensive hot dog, all for a good cause.
The pricey hot dog (named "theONEdog") contains a ¼ lb premium all beef hot dog topped with lobster tail, saffron aioli and gold flakes.
Priced at $1501, the hot dog will be $1401 more than the current most expensive hot dog, listed out of Canada.
Diners will have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to purchase the World's Most Expensive Hot Dog. In return, after the hot dog is sold, Hot Dog Mike while be donating $1500 from the sale of each to The One, Inc. to benefit local homeless outreach. There will be up to six available for purchase at the event.
