LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The tents are coming down at the Occupy Little Rock encampment but the protest group plans to make a final statement.

Group member Mac Miller said Tuesday the protesters will honor a Wednesday morning deadline to break up the camp. He says that some members will remain for the 7 a.m. deadline and risk arrest, while others will stand by as potential witnesses.

Little Rock leaders say they want to use the camp site at a downtown post office for Riverfest parking.

The Occupy group says it will attempt to find an alternate site for its protests. It initially set up camp near the Clinton Presidential Center last year but moved last October.
