Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients
Ice cream sandwiches
Whipped cream
Hot fudge
Peanuts (or favorite type of nut)

Directions
Line bottom of dish with ice cream sandwiches, then cover with whipped cream and hot fudge. Top with choice of nuts. Repeat each layer. Freeze before serving.

Pecan Sandies Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
Package of Pecan Sandies
Carton of Neopolitan ice cream
Caramel sauce
Hot fudge 

Directions
Crush Pecan Sandies and place on bottom of dish. Top with ice cream, caramel sauce and hot fudge. Repeat each layer. Freeze before serving.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
Package of mini Chips Ahoy! (or favorite brand of chocolate chip cookie)
Favorite type of ice cream
Hot fudge
Peanuts (or favorite type of nut)
Mini chocolate chips

Directions
Crush cookies in bowl and mix with margarine. Spread crust into bottom of dish. Layer with ice cream, hot fudge, peanuts and repeat. Top off with mini chocolate chips and garnish with cookies. Freeze before serving.
