(CNN/WGTV) -- A UPS driver is under arrest accused of being a "Peeping Tom." A woman says he snuck into her home and watched her in the bathtub.

Ten News cameras were rolling when a UPS driver returned to a San Carlos neighborhood to find police waiting for him. The driver was arrested after a 26-year-old woman told police a UPS driver was watching her bathe.

The driver made a delivery to the woman's home. About 15 minutes later, she was in the shower and saw him watching her. A police officer says, "She believes that he entered through the back door."

The driver left in his truck only to return to the neighborhood after police arrived. She identified him and police arrested him.

One neighbor, who didn't want to be identified, says the driver had been making deliveries to the area for about three years. He says, "He's in a position of trust in the community. If he's at my house or dropping things off, this is the last guy I'm worried about."

A UPS spokeswoman told us the company works hard to safe guard customer trust.

When asked about measures they take to keep you safe, they said UPS employees go through a back-ground check, but if there's a prior incident on their record, it wouldn't automatically weed out that applicant. Every person is evaluated on a case by case basis.

The driver is expected to be arraigned on Friday.
