WHITE COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - Deputies say a business owner and 2010 House candidate is facing a sexual assault charge.
Jesse Boyce is a Beebe business owner who also ran for Arkansas House District 49 in 2010. Deputies say Boyce was arrested on Friday, June 1 and charged with sexual assault of the fourth degree.
Boyce bonded out on the same day of his arrest, and deputies say he'll appear in court on July 2 in Beebe.
