LITTLE ROCK Ark. (KTHV) -- Funerals were held Saturday for two teenage boys killed during a hit and run last week in Little Rock.
The Hardy Funeral home hosted Jimmy Bullock's funeral. Families of the other teen killed in that accident, Blake Cooney, had services at St. Mark Baptist church.
Both boys were only 15-years-old. Now, hundreds of family members and friends are grieving. You may recall, police say, Kevin Shelton hit both Cooney and Bullock with his car. Bullock died at Arkansas Children's hospital. Cooney died on the scene. Shelton is being held without bond.
Today, loved ones came together to honor two teenagers. De'sha Mayo went to school with Jimmy Bullock; she says she will miss his smile the most. "He was so funny, and whenever he was mad he make sure they got back happy because he didn't like seeing no one mad."
The accident happened at the intersection of Chester Street and Roosevelt Road on June first.
