COLLEGE STATION, Ark. (KTHV) - A man is injured in a Monday morning shooting.

Police say a man was shot three times at 39th and Westline in College Station. The victim is stable, but in critical condition.

Eric Sanders, 26, was arrested and charged with battery in the first degree.  He is in custody on a $1,000 bond.

No word of motive or if the two men knew each other.
