PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) - Police are investigating a homicide at a Pine Bluff apartment complex.

Police tell Today's THV that officers responded to a shots-fired call on S. Maple Street to find Leroy Collins Jr., shot. He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Pine Bluff police say Lester Phillips, 30, is wanted for probable cause first degree murder in connection to the murder of Collins.
