VILONIA, Ark. (KTHV) - An Arkansas teacher was arrested after having reportedly been caught by police while in the act of harassment.
Authorities tell Today's THV that Michael Rush, teacher in the Vilonia School District, was arrested after allegedly taking photographs or recording "up the skirts" of random females at a Walmart store. They're unclear at this time as to whether they were videos or still photos.
According to the school district's website, Rush worked in the credit recovery lab.
Rush has been charged with harassment, and bonded out on a $595 bond Tuesday.
