LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A waiter accused of raping a 7-year-old girl has been found not guilty.

A jury found Marco Gutierrez not guilty. This was his second trial, his first ended in a hung jury.

He allegedly raped a girl at the restaurant where he worked, Casa Manana on Cantrell in February in 2011.
