LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A Sherwood man is under arrest for allegedly recording young girls.

Police arrested Richard Wells after speaking to a girl who claimed Wells had touched her inappropriately and also watched her change clothes. She also alleges he used hidden cameras to film her and two other girls.

She told police Wells would make inappropriate sexual jokes around her and the other girls and hit her on inappropriate places as if he was joking.

He is charged with two counts of video voyeurism and three counts of computer exploitation of a child.
