FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas officials say Interstate 540 through Fayetteville will be affected by a road improvement project.
The left lanes of northbound and southbound I-540 will closed from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for several months. Officials say the lane closures will be between Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and Wedington Road.
The construction is a $5.8 million project to add a third lane to the interstate in both directions through that part of Fayetteville.
