LITTLE ROCK Ark. (KTHV) -- The first annual War Memorial hot air baloon race kicked off last night in Little Rock, but due to weather the balloons were moved to Maumelle this morning.
The festival is still going on at War Memorial Park, they have food vendors, music and activities for children. Festival Director Lisa Archer says the balloons will be back in Little Rock around 6:00 for a sunset launch.
