HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) -- A shooting in Hot Springs leaves one man dead.

Just after midnight Hot Springs police responded to the 400 block of Estelle Street in reference to shots fired. 

When they got there they found Randy Shinkle, 28, dead in a vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle was also injured and treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital.

The incident is still under investigation.
