JACKSONVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) - Crews are working a fire in a wooded area on Republican Road and Highway 107 in Jacksonville.
Officials are not sure at this time how many acres are burning, or even what caused it. One house is on the land, and they were working diligently to keep the flames away from it.
Currently, the fire is contained. Officials say no homes are in danger, and they're working to determine the span of land it covered.
