LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Firefighters contain a grass fire in the eastern part of Little Rock this evening.

Captain Randy Hickmon with the Little Rock Fire Department says the fire was off of I-440 and Springer Rd. near the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport and the 3M plant.  He says a large amount of smoke is filling the sky due to debris left behind in the wooded area.

Crews say there was a second grass fire in southwest Little Rock that burned a barn to the ground.

Investigators are trying to determine what caused the fires.
