UNDATED (CNN) -- George Zimmerman is scheduled to go back before a Florida judge today to ask to be let out of jail for a second time.
Zimmerman was charged with second degree murder, after he fatally shot Trayvon Martin in February.
The case put national attention on race relations and gun control laws.
The judge revoked Zimmerman's bond on June 1st after learning the suspect and his wife had failed to fully disclose their financial situation including $150,000 they'd received in donations.
At Friday's bond hearing, Zimmerman's attorney says he'll argue that his client is not a flight risk and poses no danger to the community.
