LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- In the C-block we talked about the "No Child Left Behind Law."
Today, Arkansas was one of five states that received a waiver to be released from several requirements of the law.
The law requires all students be proficient in math and reading by 2014. As that deadline approaches, an increasing number of schools have been labeled "failing."
