LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- People magazine is reporting Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are divorcing.

The magazine quoted Holmes' attorney Jonathan Wolfe saying, "This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."

The couple wed in 2006. They have a daughter, Suri, 6. This is Katie's first marriage and third for Tom. He was previously married to actresses Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman. He has two adopted children with Kidman.
