LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - THV's Craig O'Neill, joined by intern Lara Woloszyn, declares this week's "Winners & Losers."

He starts with declaring President Obama a winner. The Supreme Court's 5-4 ruling in favor of the Affordable Care Act, puts the president in the winners column. In the interest of equal time, Mitt Romney will use the decision to invigorate his supporters.

He then calls Bikers Against Child Abuse a winner as well. Grouping together, lending support to victims of child abuse. What a group.

In the loser column, however, is the Arkansas Veterans Home. It will soon be closing its doors due to funding and the fact that the facility is in need of repairs.
