BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) -- Benton Police say they have arrested three suspects in connection to an aggravated residential burglary incident on June 22.
Officers say Arquis Jones, 28, Kimothy Collins, 37 and Delisha Reatherford, 23 forced their way into a home on Dixie Street after shots were fired outside.
No victims came forward after the shots, but Collins and Reatherford were arrested at the scene. Jones fled.
Police say they found Jones Saturday and apprehended apprehended him without incident. Both Collins and Jones are currently parolees, while Collins is a registered sex offender.
Collins and Reatherford were both charged with Aggravated Residential Burglary and Battery. Jones was arrested for Aggravated Residential Burglary, Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons, and Fleeing. All three were processed through the Saline County Detention Facility.
