HOT SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - Hot Springs police say they've arrested a second person in the homicide of Robert Brindley.
Police say Ryan Tyrone Amie, 26, turned himself in to detectives around 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, and after being read his rights, he made a full confession to them.
According to police, Amie is being held at the Garland County Detention Center, and is charged with second degree murder. His bond is set at $10,000, police say.
