BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) - A woman is arrested for charges related to a Benton Parks and Recreation theft of property case.

Police say Kitty Smith, 57, is facing charges of theft of property, computer fraud, and falsifying business records. The investigation began in April in regards to possible funds missing from a Benton Parks and Recreation concession stand account.

According to Benton police, an independent CPA firm hired found discrepancies in the ledgers.
