PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) - Police in Pine Bluff say they've had several reports of utility trailers being stolen from businesses.
Police warn business owners who sell them to be sure and secure them properly to deter thefts. They're also warning people not to purchase utility trailers from businesses (or individuals) that cannot provide proper documentation for licensing.
