OZARK, Ark. (KTHV) - Our affiliate KFSM reports that an Ozark police officer was arrested Tuesday morning on suspicion of corruption. This is according to Arkansas State Police.
KFSM reports that 34-year-old Justin Phillips is accused of giving a suspect in a felony theft investigation a "head's up" before officers went to the suspect's house on Puddin Ridge Road with a warrant for his arrest on June 28. This is according to an arrest affidavit.
