FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - A company that manufactures air filters in Fayetteville is expanding and says it will add 58 new jobs.
American Air Filter Co. announced Thursday it would spend about $500,000 to accommodate additional production. The new hires will raise the current workforce of 112 to 170 employees.
The company's Fayetteville plant produces panel and pleated air filters.
Louisville, Ky.-based American Air Filter has more than 3,000 workers at 27 facilities worldwide.
