LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A new study shows that a high percentage of consumers read online reviews before making purchasing decisions.

Tim Whitley with the Social Innovation joins THV's Dawn Scott in the Information Center to tell us more about the 92 percent of people who seem to have more confidence in online reviews than a salesclerk or other source.
