CONWAY, Ark. (AP) - The attorney for a man who pleaded no contest to charges alleging he asked women if he could suck on their toes has appealed an order to revoke his probation.
The Log Cabin Democrat newspaper reports Judge Amy Brazil reinstated a one-year sentence for Michael Wyatt Wednesday. The ruling came after a woman had accused Wyatt of approaching her with the same request in Cabot.
Wyatt was booked into the Faulkner County jail, but was released after his attorney, George Morledge, appealed Brazil's order. Morledge said Friday a hearing for the appeal hasn't been scheduled.
Wyatt pleaded no contest in March to misdemeanor harassment for allegedly asking two women in Conway if he could suck on their toes.
