LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Two arrested on methamphetamine charges in Lonoke County.
Austin police say 34-year-old Charles Clinton Scroggins of Benton and 36-year-old Jessica Leona Burroughs of Little Rock are facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug-related paraphernalia.
Police say both were arrested in Austin based on a joint drug investigation.
