LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A man is under arrest for a 2011 murder.
Police have charged John Lee Clay, 26, with one count of capital murder.
Police say the victim, Maurice Haralson, 34, was shot to death in his Cedar Ridge Apartment in southwest Little Rock Nov. 27, 2011.
Clay was already in jail on an aggravated robbery charge when police charged him with murder.
