LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- The Little Rock restaurant Juanita's is up for sale, but it's listed in an unconventional place: Craigslist.

Our partner Arkansas Business reports the restaurant's co-owner Joe Cates listed the restaurant for $250,000, without owner financing. Arkansas Business says the restaurant is 25-years-old.

Juanita's recently relocated to President Clinton Avenue from South Main Street last year.

Arkansas Business says Cates has co-owned Juanita's with Jim O'Brien for two years.
