NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A man is under arrest for the murder of his father last year.
NLR police say they have Cacedric Jamal Phillips, 18, in custody. Phillips is wanted for capital murder for his involvement in the shooting death of his father Alfredrick Phillips on July 29, 2011.
NLRPD was conducting a welfare check on Alfredrick Phillips July 29 after he didn't show up for work. Police found his dead body inside his home on W. 16th Street.
His cause of death hasn't been released.
