Google offering help for Ark. small businesses

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Google is offering help for the more than 60 percent of Arkansas small businesses who don't have an online presence.

Arkansas Get Your Business Online is a new program from Google to not only provide free websites but also free web training for businesses owners.

You can get hands on help Monday, Aug. 13, at the Arkansas Arts Center at 501 E. 9th St..

There are both morning and afternoon session, 9-11:30 a.m. or 12:30-3 p.m. 

At this event you can:Get a free website and business listing, Get one on one advice and tips, such as how to register a custom domain name, Learn more about online marketing, and Network with your fellow small business owners.
