PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) A drowning occurred just before one 1 a.m. Saturday morning at Jeffery Stone Quarries.

The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office says six people had been drinking and jumping off the cliffs into the water. One of the friends told authorities they noticed somebody pushed Cody Smalling off the cliff.
The group called police after Smalling never resurfaced. Dive teams found his body a few hours later.
