PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) A man drowned early Saturday morning at Jeffery Stone Quarries in North Little Rock.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office says a group of six people were jumping off cliffs - all while drinking.
According to one of the friends, they noticed another friend pushed Cody Smalling off the cliff.
The group called police after Smalling never resurfaced. Sadly, dive teams found his body a few hours later.
