Little Rock police searching for Charles Higginbottom

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Little Rock police are searching for a missing man.

Police say Charles Higginbottom, 58, was released from PCRJ on August 2 at 9:30 a.m. Police say his family has not seen or heard from him since.

Higginbottom suffers from a heart condition, diabetes, and is diagnosed bi-polar.
