LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A man out on bond for the attempted murder of two police officers is involved in another shooting where one of the victims dies from their injuries.

Cameron Peterson, 20, is wanted for the shooting death of Desiree Rice and the injuring of Billy McKinney. The two victims were found in a parking lot at 1200 Geyer. McKinney is stable, but Rice died as a result of his injuries, making his death the 35th homicide in the city of Little Rock.

Peterson is charged with first degree battery and first degree murder.

Peterson was out on bond when the shooting of Rice and McKinney occurred. He is charged with two attempted capital murder charges for allegedly firing at police officers in April 2011 with an AK-47. A second suspect, Jeremy Ford, was arrested in that shooting as well.
