SCOTT, Ark. (KTHV) - A man who is in prison after a fatal shooting at a family party in Scott pleads not guilty.
Deputies arrested Terry Detherow in May on murder charges after they say he started shooting into the crowd at a family party, striking two people, killing one.
Deputies later used cell phone records to track Detherow to the Travelodge Hotel in Little Rock.
Authorities say he is charged with murder, attempted murder, and domestic battery. His bond hearing is set for the morning of Sept. 13.
