FAULKNER COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - A Faulkner County administrator is under arrest for allegedly misusing county funds.
Allegedly, Jeff Johnston used county funds to pave his driveway a few years ago. Faulkner County prosecuting attorney Cody Hiland filed an arrest warrant today.
