MARION, Ark. (KTHV) - West Memphis police have a man in custody who is the suspect in a murder from three months ago.
Tuesday, Eddie Lee Tribble, 23, was arrested for the murder of Devario Smith who was shot outside a local night club. Tribble was found hiding in a Marion, Arkansas apartment.
Crittenden County Crime Stoppers got a tip about Tribble's location which was later confirmed by law enforcement. The Marion Police Department Special Response Team found Tribble in the living room of an apartment on Par Drive.
Tribble was identified as the shooter by witnesses outside "The Good Lyfe Live" night club. When Smith was shot, he was taken by a personal vehicle to the hospital where he later died.
Tribble is charged with first degree murder, terroristic act, and possession of a firearm by certain persons. He is being held on $3 million bond.

This was a team effort by and multiple law enforcement agencies, working in unison, to achieve one goal."
