ROLAND, Ark. (KTHV) - New developments in the shooting involving a 21-year-old Roland man.

Police took Sheila Hudson, 47, into custody.  They say Hudson acted as a decoy, pretending to be stranded on the side of the road.  They say she lured in the victim, while Daniel Hall, 47, of Little Rock took a shot at him from the woods.

Authorities are now looking for Hall and say he is considered to be armed and dangerous.

It allegedly happened on Penny Lane August 3, which is a private drive owned by the victim's family.

The family's home is a good two miles off State Highway 300, surrounded by woods.

His family says Hudson mouthed the words "I'm sorry" as the victim drove around.

Next, a shotgun blast comes out of the woods, shattering the victims's driver's side window, the bullets exiting his front windshield.

Anyone with information which could assist investigators is asked to call Pulaski County Sheriff's Department at (501) 340-6600.
