NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - It is an emotional day for Claire Haun, a Katrina evacuee and now North Little Rock resident as she watches news coverage of Hurricane Isaac.
"It took my breath away," said Haun after looking at pictures of their home in Wayland, Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina.
She has lived through it once. She calls it 'deja vu,' viewing reports on Isaac's effect on Louisiana.

"The three of us, my husband and my mother were looking at the computer and we all just stopped," said Haun.
Huan said 85-percent of her town of Wayland, Mississippi was destroyed.
"Nothing prepared us for the sights, smells and wide spread devastation," said Haun.
But Haun said it is the resilience of the human spirit which will enable those affected to rebuild.
"Things like Katrina, Isaac, as bad as they are and as horrific as they are, on the other side there's blessings if you look for them. So I hope that the people that survive this look for the good that comes out of it and not focus on the negative part," said Haun.
